The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the
original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping,
handling or gift wrap charges). We will not accept item(s) returned
otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund
circumstances. Postage and Handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is
faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as ordered. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered, we will provide a full
refund or exchange (minus shipping) at no cost to the customer. In some
circumstances, refunds can take up to 90 days to deliver. We Use Toll Priority and Couriers Please on all orders and they are traceable.
We post (ship) every day Mon - Fri except Public holidays. The time of
delivery on your item(s) depends on your location. We charge $18.98 for
shipping per order within Australia. Some larger items have an extra
shipping charge e.g. a tower would attract extra cost. International
orders can also attract an extra shipping fee. All items on this site are in stock except our mobile phones which take
one to three weeks for delivery. In which case, if you see it here and
it does not have the caption saying "Out of Stock", it is in stock
(except mobiles). We normally ship it the next working day.
Please note: We consider items in stock if they are currently in
transit to our warehouse. As well as this, we hold the right to ask for
photo identity at our own discretion on any notebook purchase.
