Refund & Exchange Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 30 days of the original shipment date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied with an original purchase invoice.

The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping, handling or gift wrap charges). We will not accept item(s) returned otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances.

Postage and Handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as ordered.

Where the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange (minus shipping) at no cost to the customer. In some circumstances, refunds can take up to 90 days to deliver.

Shipping Policy

We Use Australia Post and Couriers Please for our shipping. We ship 5 days a week except Public holidays. The time of delivery on your item(s) depends on your location. Freight is $16.50 (PER order) inside Australia. Some larger items have an extra shipping charge e.g. a tower could attract extra cost. International orders can also attract an extra shipping fee.

Get Fast

The Next Day Get Fast Shipping Only applies to orders that have been orderd by 2:00 pm Brisbane Time.
If you order after 2:00 pm you item(s) will be sent the next day and you will have it the following day.
The Next day dilivery only applies to those in major cities defined by Austraila Post Express Post Service.
If you are not in a major city then you will receive you item within 2 days.
Your Postage will be FREE if you do not receive your item in this time.
Excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.

Stock Policy

Items are considered in stock if they are in transit to our stores.

If you want something that is not on our website, Please contact us as we can source majority of parts even if they are outdated technology.
